Is there a minimum order quantity?

Here at Specially Made Gifts, we value personalization even for individual items. Most of our products have no minimum order quantity or are only very minimal if any.

 What is the mode of payment?

  • Local Bank Deposit/Online Fund Transfer via BDO, BPI, Gcash
  • Paypal
  • Debit or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard, etc)

 

For local bank deposit/online fund transfer via BDO, BPI, and Gcash, the account details will be provided after checkout has been completed. We will require you to send a copy of the deposit slip or a screenshot as a proof of payment. Kindly send this together with your order reference number to service@speciallymadegifts.com for validation. 

 

For Paypal and Card Payments, these will all be processed by Paypal. You will be redirected to Paypal for a secured payment processing. Additional service fees may apply depending on your credit provider.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Sorry for any inconveniences but we cannot offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Since all orders are customized and made to order, we require full payment before we can proceed with the production. We hope you understand.

how many days is your lead time?

Standard Production: 4-5 business days upon confirmation of order.

Priority Production: 1-2* business days upon confirmation of order.

*You may choose to expedite the production for your order with an additional fee of 10% of your total purchase. Kindly note that Priority Production currently does not apply for bulk orders. Specially Made Gifts reserves right to decline a Priority Order when production schedule does not permit.

 

Please note that orders are customized and so we require ample time to work on layouts and schedule your orders. We hope you can bear with us as we adjust our production schedule during this pandemic. Rest assured that we will reach out to you as soon as your order is ready for delivery.

What is the shipping time and corresponding SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fee varies depending on the shipping location and the weight/volume of the order. Shipping options with their corresponding charges will be displayed upon checkout.

 

Standard Delivery Time

  • 3-5 days for Metro Manila (excluding holidays)
  • 7-10 days for Provincial (excluding holidays)
  • For international shipping, this will be indicated upon checkout.

 

Note: Production time + delivery time = total lead time

can you help me book the delivery?

Kindly note that we suggest clients to book their own delivery, so that you can book the delivery at your convenience, ensure that all details will be booked correctly, and track the rider in real time.

 

However, if you need additional service, we’d be happy to assist you with booking same day delivery. Please just be informed that we will not be responsible for any delivery issues due to external reasons such as rider not accepting, rider mishandling the item, failed or delayed delivery due to the recipient not being available, wrong delivery information given, etc. With that, we hope you can coordinate which date and time is most convenient for you or the recipient so we can schedule the delivery for a hassle-free gifting experience.

 

Should there be any additional toll fees or priority fees, kindly settle the amount accordingly.

Can I personally pick up my order?

Please be informed that we don’t usually allow clients to personally pick up small quantity orders at our office as we are unable to provide a parking space and to lessen contact especially during this pandemic.  We can deliver your order through our partner courier or third-party on-demand delivery apps like Grab/Lalamove/etc.

 

On the other hand, for curated gift sets and bulk orders, we understand that these are premium and fragile and so we can accommodate your request for personal pick up. You may stop with a hazard signal at the service road while we release the order. Please contact us for pick up arrangements.

Can I return an item or ask for a refund?

Since all items are customized and personalized, we require full payment and will not entertain returns or cancellations once orders are deemed final for production.
